STORM LAKE, Iowa - On a slower Wednesday evening for the Beavers two teams played in exciting matches. Rocket League Navy competed in week two of ECAC competition falling a tight match 4-3 against Elmira College.

The Beavers opened up on Club House attacking while the Chargers were on the defense. The Beavers were on fire taking all five attacking rounds before moving to the defensive side of the map. Again the Beavers dominated winning two of the final three round claiming the 7-1 victory. The second map was Border where the Beavers started on defense. Once again the Beavers dominated play winning the first five rounds before falling in a round. BVU closed out the game winning the final two round claiming another 7-1 victory.

Next week the Beavers will take on West Virginia Tech Gold at 7:30 pm.

Rocket League Navy took on Elmira College in Week 2 of ECAC competition. The Beavers fell in the first two games before winning the next three to claim the 3-2 lead. They would only need one more victory to win the match. Unfortunately they could not get it done falling in the final two losing 4-3. The Beavers are 1-1 on the season and will take on Indiana University East next week at 7 pm. Indiana University East is 2-0 on the season beat University of Hartford 4-1 and Radford 4-3.
