DUBUQUE, Iowa (Sept. 23, 2023) - The Buena Vista men's soccer team traveled to Loras College on Saturday to begin American Rivers Conference play, but it was the Duhawks building a 2-0 halftime lead en route to a 6-0 victory over the Beavers inside of the Rock Bowl.

Loras (5-1-3, 1-0-0 A-R-C) scored both first half goals within the first 3:09 of the contest and finished with 17 first half shots. BVU was held to only one shot in the contest which came in the first half. The Duhawks chalked up four more goals over the final 45 minutes while taking 18 total shots.

Buena Vista (1-6-2, 0-1-0 A-R-C) hosts Luther College next Saturday, Sept. 30, at 7:30 p.m. inside of J. Leslie Rollins Stadium.
