DUBUQUE, Iowa (Oct. 25, 2022) - The Buena Vista men's soccer team had its season come to an end on Tuesday night with a 6-0 road loss at the University of Dubuque.
The Spartans got on the board less than four minutes into the contest and went on to score three goals in each half and totaled 22 shots overall. BVU was held to just one shot on the night, a second half attempt from
Kade Stover.
Gavin Wooldridge scored once and added an assis to help lead Dubuque, which improved its record to 8-6-4 (3-2-3 A-R-C).
Cody Fuller got the start in-goal for the Beavers and played until turning things over to
Tyler Pennington with six minutes to play. Fuller was charged with six goals and made five saves while Pennington did not face a single shot on-goal down the stretch.
Buena Vista closes its season at 0-15-2 (0-8 A-R-C).
