"Tonight was a fun match," said BVU head coach
Rosie Aumann. "St. Kate's is always very competitive against us and have a solid squad. The ladies came out strong and fought through to finish. We're looking forward to getting back out there on day two tomorrow with more competition."
Buena Vista goes after its fifth win in six outings on Saturday morning when the Beavers face Martin Luther College at 11:00 a.m. BVU swept the Knights in the season opener back on September 1. The team will wrap up play at 1:00 p.m against Hamline University.
