About Buena Vista - The Beavers look to close out the first half of the American Rivers Conference schedule on a strong note.  The team has lost their last three league contests by a combined 14 points and are in search of their first conference victory of the year.  As a team, BVU is averaging just 63 points per game overall this season, and the 77 points scored this past Saturday at the University of Dubuque was its highest output versus a league opponent.  Destiny Einerwold has scored in double digits in 10 of the team's last 11 games and matched a career-high with 16 points last week at Central.  Holly Schneider matched a career-high of 21 points against the Spartans and recorded her third double-double of the year with 10 rebounds.  She's the team's leading scorer on the year and ranks 11th in the A-R-C.  Morgan Muhlbauer has given the team a consistent boost on the defensive end throughout the year, averaging 7.1 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.6 blocks per game.  She has four double-digit rebounding games this season, including a career-best 15 against the Dutch. She's currently ranked 13th in the league in rebounding and third in blocks per contest.  The Beavers are shooting 37 percent from the field on the year, despite shooting 26 percent from downtown and 63 percent from the free-throw line.

About Wartburg - The Knights had their 28-game conference win streak snapped last week at home against Luther College, 75-63, but bounced back nicely to close out the week with an 86-55 road win at Nebraska Wesleyan.  A national tournament semifinalist from a season ago, the Knights are averaging just over 72 points per game this season and outscoring their opponents by an average margin of 15.5 points.  Aside from last week's loss, the team's only other setbacks this season have come against Illinois Wesleyan and UW-Eau Claire.  Adrienne Boettger is averaging a team-leading 12.0 points per game during conference play and ranks eighth in the A-R-C.  Emma Gerdes is tops on the team in rebounding in those games (8.5rpg) and is third in the league.  As a team, the Knights are third in the conference in scoring (72.2ppg) and tops in scoring defense (58.8ppg).
