Box Score

After posting 24 runs and 23 hits to begin the Spring Trip on Saturday afternoon, the Buena Vista baseball team struggled a bit more on Sunday, but managed to rally late for an 8-5 win over Cal Lutheran.

Cam Johnson matched a career-high with three hits, including his first career home run in the fifth which tied things up at 4-4.  He  also doubled and finished with four RBI and two runs scored.  Bennett Mann also tallied three hits, including a pair of triples.  He drove in one and scored twice while stealing the team's only base in the game.

Brandon Wessels continues his torrid start to the year, going 2-for-5 with two runs scored, while Tanner Truesdell also had two hits to go along with a run scored.
