Seniors Lexi Fisher and Jasmyn Flynn-Graves each scored 14 points while Sidney Beckman followed close with 12, but it was Luther College scoring the game's final six points en route to a 63-59 win over the Beavers on Wednesday night.

BVU led 59-57 with 1:15 to play in the fourth quarter, but the Norse came down and hit a big three from the top of the key to regain the lead at 60-59.  The Beavers came up empty on its next trip down the court and were then forced to foul.  The Norse made 1-of-2 at the line to give the Beavers a final chance to tie, but the team again came up empty, and Luther added a a pair of late free-throws to put the game out of reach with under 10 seconds left.

Fisher was 4-of-10 from beyond the arc in the contest, while Beckman made 4-of-7.  Flynn-Graves was only 4-of-12 from the field, but made 6-of-7 at the charity stripe, to go along with her team-high eight rebounds.

Buena Vista connected on 9-of-28 from long range and finished 18-of-52 (34.6 percent) overall.  The team, however, turned it over a season-high 29 times in the contest.

Luther (14-4, 6-1 IIAC) was led by Moran Lonning's 13 points.  All 10 Norse players in the contest scored.

Buena Vista (10-8, 4-3 IIAC) had its three-game win streak stopped and will look to bounce back and complete the season sweep at Wartburg on Saturday afternoon in a 2:00pm contest.
