Loras College scored a pair of goals during the first 10 minutes of the match en route to a 4-0 halftime lead, and the Duhakws never looked back as they handed the Buena Vista men's soccer team a tough 6-0 Iowa Conference road setback on Saturday afternoon.

The 11th-ranked Duhawks (10-1-1, 3-0 IIAC) held a 32-1 edge in total shots for the match.

Steve Gutschenritter turned in that only shot which did come on-goal.

Jordan Balster and Matt Tennyson each played one half in-goal with Balster suffering the loss, allowing the first four goals and also posting four saves.

Buena Vista is now 4-6-1 (0-3 IIAC) and will return to action on Tuesday, October 7, for a non-conference road match at St. Mary's University (Minn.) with a start time of 5:30pm.
