About Jessica: Is the daughter of Joe Stocker and Renee Stocker...she has two brothers, Nate and Lucas.
High School Highlights: Jessica earned All-Conference and All-State honors in softball and was also a State Champion. She was a four-year letter winner in softball and also lettered in volleyball (3 years), basketball (3 years), and track (2 years).
College Highlights:
2014: She played in all 36 games and ranked fourth on the team with 109 at-bats, hits (26) and doubles (3). She was fifth in runs (13) and third in RBI (16). Defensively, she was first on the team and second in the IIAC with 99 assists. She had two hits in each game of back-to-back doubleheaders against Central and Wartburg, as BVU went on to win three of those four outings. Defensively, she had three straight games early in the season with five assists.
2013: Finished second on the team with a .305 overall batting average and in hits (32). She had eight multi-hit games on the year, including a 3-for-4 performance against Eastern Connecticut State where she drove in one run. She drove in 11 runs on the year and was again among the IIAC leaders in fielding percentage, committing only five errors in more than 200 total chances.
2012: She started all 30 games in which she appeared in, primarily at first base. She led the team with eight doubles and 10 sacrifice hits. Defensively, she posted a team-best .992 fielding percentage, committing only two errors in 260 total chances. She went 3-for-3 with a double in the conference opener with the University of Dubuque and hit safely in the first four league games of the year and 10-of-16 overall. Defensively, she did not commit a single error over her final 16 games.
