About Jenna: Is the daughter of Rod and Sandy...has two brothers, Stephen and Gavin Pullen, as well as one sister, Hailey Falline.
High School Highlights: Was a five-time varsity letterwinner for the Mustangs. She was an All-Northwest Conference Second Team selection as a freshman and a First Team selection her final three seasons. She was also an All-State selection from 2009-12 and was an All-Tournament team in both 2009 and 2010.
As a senior, she went 25-6 on the mound for a team that went 35-9 overall. In 194 innings of works, she posted an ERA of 1.23, while striking out 207 - a total that ranked sixth in Class 1A. At the plate, she hit .317 with 10 doubles, six home runs and 48 RBI.
Aside from athletics, she was listed on the Honor Roll and was a member of the National Honor Society.
College Highlights:
2016: She would appear in 21 games and start 19 of those. She would lead the team in ERA (2.13), complete games (12), and Innings pitched (111.2). Against D’Youville College she would pitch 7 shut out innings only allowing 5 hits while striking out 4. She finished the season with a 9-8 record and was named 2nd team all conference.
2015: Jenna started 22 games on the mound for the Beavers and posted a 7-9 overall record, including seven complete games. She pitched a staff-high 105.0 innings, allowing 50 earned runs for a 3.33 ERA. For the year, she struck out 44 hitters and walked 28. After suffering a loss in her season debut, she went on to win three straight decisions, including a complete-game shutout of Baker University on March 14 where she scattered seven hits and struck out three.
2014: She appeared in 29 games on the mound and finished with an 11-11 overall record and a 3.31 ERA. The win total sets a new career high. She also picked up one save and worked a total of 158.2 innings. She pitched all 10 innings of a 6-5 victory over Bethel early in the season, while striking out a season-high nine batters. She picked up her only shutout of the year - a 6-0 win against Lawrence - on March 27 during the spring break trip.
2013: Went 8-11 in her first collegiate season on the mound, while posting a 3.02 ERA in 113 innings of work. Her 1.88 ERA during Iowa Conference play ranked fourth among all league hurlers for the year, as she helped the Beavers make their second straight trip to the IIAC Tournament.
