Biography

About Jeanne: Is the daughter of Michael and Patricia...has one brother, Michael.

High School Highlights: She was a four-year letterwinner for the Titans and served as a team captain her senior year.  She was a member of four state-qualifying teams and earned All-Division recognition in 2014.

In addition to softball, she lettered in basketball (two years) and trap shooting (three years).

Aside from athletics, she was listed on the Honor Roll and was a member of the National Honor Society.

College Highlights:

2018: Jeanne appeared in 36 games this year and started every game in the Beaver infield. She had a batting average of .292 and accumulated 28 hits. She accumulated the third highest run total for the team with 25 runs and had the second highest walk total on the team with 14. Other notable stats she accumulated were five doubles and two homeruns. She led the Beaver defense with 47 assists. Against Macalester in March she went 3-for-4 with a double and 3 runs batted in. 

2017: Appeared in 35 games and was the team''s primary starting third baseman...Did play a handful of games at shortstop...Hit .242 on the year...Ranked second on the team with four home runs...Had four multi-hit games on the year...Hit a two-run HR against Colby on March 21...Hit a solo HR in the 7th inning of game two of a DH at Coe as BVU went on to defeat the nationally-ranked Kohawks in extra-innings.

2016: She started all 36 games this season while batting .290. She was third on the team with 21 RBI’s, fourth in runs scored with 21, and first in walks with 22. Against Wartburg on April 9th she would go 2-3 with 3 RBI’s and a home run. She was named all conference honorable mention.

2015: Jeanne was a First Team All-Iowa Conference third baseman selection for the Beavers as a freshman.  She was fourth on the team overall with a .311 batting average and produced a great deal of power with five doubles, one triple and a team-leading seven home runs.  Her home run total was the third-highest in single-season history.  Five of those round trippers came in conference play which was tied for second.  She tied for second on the team with 25 runs scored.  She ranked second in the IIAC with 15 runs scored during league play.  Defensively, she made just 11 errors in over 125 total chances for the year and her 71 assists were second on the team.  Her first career hit and RBI came in game one of a doubleheader with Hamline on February 28 when she went 2-for-3 with a double and RBI.  She had a nine-game hit streak midway through the year which included five multi-hit games.  In the IIAC opener at Coe, she blasted her second career home run and drove in a season-high three runs.
