About Cortney: Is the daughter of Barry Weaver and Linda Harwood.

High School Highlights: She was a three-time varsity letterwinner for the Cougars and earned Honorable Mention All-Conference accolades in 2013.

Aside from athletics, she was listed on the Honor Roll.

College Highlights:

2017: Played in 23 games...Ranked third on the team with a .341 average in 41 at-bats...Scored seven runs and finished second in stolen bases with 8...Named Academic All-Iowa Conference.

2016: She appeared in 29 games starting 21 of those. She finished the year hitting .186 while score 6 runs and driving in 1 run. Against Northwestern on March 16^th she went 1-2, which started her 3 game hitting streak.

2015: She appeared in 35 games, including 29 starts for the Beavers in her first season.  She finished the year hitting .179 overall with 14 hits, including three doubles and one triple.  She also scored 11 times and had five stolen bases.  She went 1-for-3 with a double and run scored in the season-opener against nationally-ranked St. Thomas (Minn.) which marked the start of her five-game hitting streak.  Registered her first multi-hit game when she went 2-for-3 with a triple during a 2-1 against Carthage College on March 25.  She later went 2-for-3 with a double and run scored against Loras College on April 10.
