WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR SPORT?

What I like most about football is the mental fortitude that is required to play it. It tests your will, your ability to learn on the fly, and your grit. It’s a game that builds character more than anything else.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE TEAM TRADITION?

In high school we’d have pregame meals. All of the offensive lineman would sit in the meeting room and eat together. We’d set up foldable tables on one long line and eat.

DESCRIBE YOUR AVERAGE PREGAME MEAL

My pregame ritual is to sit in complete silence and let my mind go blank. It helps me focus and get mentally ready for playing.
