Biography

About Sam: Is the son of Thomas and Kathy...has one sister, Kelli, who plays tennis at BVU.

High School Highlights: Was a three-time varsity letterwinner for the Mustangs (2011, 2012 and 2013) and served as a team captain in each of those years, while earning All-District honor each year as a receiver.  In addition he was also named Player of the Week four times.

In addition to football, he lettered all four years in track and also served as a team captain in each of his final three seasons.  He was an All-State performer in 2012-14 and also qualifed into the Drake Relays each of those three seasons.  He also earned varsity letters in baseball (2011, 2012 and 2013).

College Highlights:
2014: He played primarily as a member of the junior varsity team during his freshman season.
