About Tariq: Tariq is the son of Todd and Tammy Thomas. He has one brother, Todd Thomas Jr. and a sister Janovia Thomas.

High School Highlights: He was a captain his senior year of high school and Offensive Player of the Year. He lettered two years in track and four years in football.

Why did you choose BVU? It is a great campus.

2017: 1st on the team in rushing attemps with 111 and yards rushed for with 396. Averaged a team high 3.6 yards per carry for players with at least 10 rushes. Scored three touchdowns for the Beavers on the year. He also had one receiving touchdown on the year at Loras. Tariq''s longest rush on the season went for 56 yards, while his longest reception went for 64.
