STORM LAKE, Iowa - The Buena Vista University Rainbow Six squad continues to play well as they opened up National Esports Collegiate Conference play with a 2-0 (7-1, 7-1) victory over Tarleton State University. The squads play in Division XI West Central conference play. The Beavers continue competition tonight against Grand Valley State University at 7 pm in Midwest R6 play. 

The Beavers only lost two rounds in the two maps they played finishing with a dominate 14-2 advantage in rounds won. Overall, Nathan Reusch finished with 24 eliminations while Alex Hartman finished with 17. 

Next week the Beavers will take on Northern Arizona University. NAU is also 1-0 after defeating the University of Arkansas 2-0 (7-2, 7-2).
