HIGHLAND, Kansas - The Beavers Overwatch Gold squad competed in the Highland Community College Overwatch 2 tournament on Friday, October 25th. The Beavers went 2-1 in competition finishing in 5th place in the 12 team event. The Beavers competed against multiple junior colleges, division three and division schools. 

In pool play the Beavers cruised defeating Highland CC and Iowa Western CC by scores of 3-0. The Beavers were seeded 3rd in bracket play receiving a bye in the opening round. They then faced off against Kansas University JV. The Beavers played a tight match but fell 2-0 (2-0, 7-4) finishing 5th. 

The squad consisted of Jacob Dotson, Jahir Monge, Carter Griego, Joey Rice and Landon DeMoss.
