Rocket League and Smash Singles Open up NECC Playoffs

STORM LAKE, Iowa - The Beavers Rocket League teams and one Smash Singles player open up NECC playoffs tonight. BVU Gold (Skyler Keller, Ryan Webb and Harlie Ferguson) come in as the #3 seed In Emergents Heartland and take on #6 St. Cloud State at 5:30 pm. BVU Navy (Cody Fuller, Devon Smith and Matt Mills) come in as the #7 seed in Navigators Great Plains and take on #2 Southwest Minnesota State at 6 pm. Elphazard Kadisha comes in as the #2 seed and takes on the #3 seed from Concordia-St. Paul in the first round of Northwest Smash Singles playoffs at 5 pm. 

BVU Gold comes in with a 7-2 overall record in the regular season. The Beavers two losses came against #1 seed Northwestern College 3-1 and #2 seed St. Ambrose University 3-0. The Beavers beat St. Cloud State back on March 24 by a score of 3-1 (3-1, 3-0, 0-1, 1-0). 

BVU Navy comes in with a 3-6 overall record and fell to the Mustangs back on March 31, 3-1. The Beavers beat Dundwoody JV, Western Colorado Crimson and Greys Harbor. 

Kadisha comes in with a 5-2 overall record finished in 2nd place in Northwest B division. He will play against Storm from Concordia St. Paul who finished in 3rd in Northwest D division with a 5-2 record.
