Valorant Ends Regular Season Undefeated

STORM LAKE, Iowa - The Buena Vista University Valorant squad wrapped up its regular season with a 2-0 victory over Wisconsin Eau Claire. The squad is 6-0 and has not lost a map this fall. Playoffs will start next Monday, November 13 with team and time still to be announced. 

Last night the squad won 13-4 and 13-5 against the Bluegolds. BVU opened map one on fire winning the first six rounds. The teams traded the next six rounds with BVU leading 9-3. The Beavers closed out the first map four of the final five rounds claiming victory 13-4. Jackson Trotman and Harlie Ferguson led the way with 22 and 21 eliminations respectively. 

Map two the two teams played on Bind. The Beavers started slow getting down 5-1 before they took a timeout to regroups. After that it was all BVU winning the final 12 rounds claiming victory 13-5. 

BVU will be the #1 seed coming out Navigators Midwest B and will take on the #4 seed out of Midwest A division. If the standings stay the way there are they will take on University of Wisconsin-Green Bay or Concordia-St. Paul.
