STORM LAKE, Iowa - The Beaver Esports teams had a tough Monday night playing in six matches on Monday evening. Rainbow Six Siege took on Butler University in NECC competition. In NACE Madden action BVU had three players continue league play while two players competed in the PlayVs FIFA leagues.
Rainbow Six opened up competition on Monday night against the Bulldogs.The squads opened up play in the map Kafe Dostoyevsky. BVU opened up defending the map. After getting down 3-1 BVU rallied to win the next two rounds evening the score at 3-3 before going into the attacking phase. The next two rounds went to the Bulldogs and the rest of the match the teams alternated winning rounds which caused the Beavers to fall 7-5. The second map of the night was Villa. BVU struggled on the attacking side losing the first three round before getting on the board. Unfortunately that was the only round the Beavers would win falling 7-1 and 2-0 in the match. BVU will continue play on Wednesday, March 10 with a scrimmage against WVU Institute of Techology at 6:30 pm.
In NACE Madden the Beavers also struggled not winning a game on the evening.
Kyle Miller fell 49-0 and 35-10 against Dylan Lewis of Shenandoah University.
Derien Beauregard fell 27-0 and 42-35 against a player from Robert Morris University and
Nico Flores fell 28-14 and 35-10 against Owen Hively of Muskingum University. Flores will continue play on Wednesday, March 10 in the PlayVs Madden league against a player from Queens University out of Kingston, Ontario. His match is scheduled for 6 pm. Zack Huffman will also play in the PlayVs league against Jashua Steger of Potomac State College of West Virginia. His match is scheduled for 7:30 pm.

Ramon Garcia fell 4-1, 3-2 against Spidey of Old Dominion University while
Gor Riak picked up a forfeit victory against Tennessee State University.
John Corcoran will continue play in the NACE FIFA league with a contest against Kelvin of Fanshawe College on Wednesday, March 10 at 7 pm. Garcia will play on Thursday, March 11 at 7 pm in the NACE FIFA league against Jcubwill of Texas Wesleyan University.
