Rocket League goes 2-0 and Madden goes 4-2

STORM LAKE, Iowa - Joshua Tigges finished in the top 20 for the third straight race this time finishing in 17th at Indianapolis. He qualified 22nd making it straight to the feature and then hovered around there for the rest of the night. This was a Halloween themed night at Indy with Tigges sporting the "Fear the Beaver" themed car. With his finish he stis in the top 25 for points with one race to go which will be at Homestead in Miami, Florida on November 16th.

Rocket League also had a good night with BVU Navy defeating Sacremento State 3-0 while BVU White won 3-1 against California State - Dominguez Hills. BVU Navy was led by Dylan Laughlin as he had five goals in the three games while Skyler Keller had four and Matthew Jewell finished with two. Jewell had three assists on the night. They improved to 5-2 in the NECC with one game remaining which will be against Boise State next Tuesday. 

BVU White was led by Nick Rose who has six goals while Nathan Jaeger had five goals. Ryan Webb had two goals while the Beavers improve to 2-5 in the NECC. They have won their last three games which included wins in ECAC and NACEStarleague. 

Madden went 4-2 in PlayVs and ECAC competition. Lavell Harris won his match 2-0 and now sits in 6th place at 5-1. Chris Tovar had a bye last week and is 6-0 and 2nd in PlayVs competition. Raymond Boeset improved to 4-2 with his win and sits in 11th place in the PlayStation league. Zack Huffman won his match in three close games 2-1 and improved to 4-2 overall in the Xbox league and sits in 10th place. Brenden Oliver also picked up a win and improved to 2-4 and sits in 30th place. 

Regular season matches are winding down with playoff contention on the line. The Beavers will look to make a push to solidify its best position for playoffs. So far overall the Beavers are 96-119 this fall which includes being 17-7 in PlayVS Madden competition and 6-6 in PlayVs XBox competition. Rocket League Navy is 11-10 in league play and 2-6 in LAN competition. BVU White is 6-11 in league play for Rocket League while Madden is 13-17 in ECAC competition.
